Welcome to Scoop Squadron! We appreciate your trust in us to keep your yard clean and enjoyable. Below are the terms and conditions for our services. Please review them carefully.

One-Time Cleanup Service
One-Time Cleanup
- Frequency: A single, thorough cleaning service.
- Fee: $100 per service + taxes.
Terms and Conditions for One-Time Cleanup Service
- Service Scheduling
- Customers must schedule the service at least 48 hours in advance.
- Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon booking.
- Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure unrestricted access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
- Secure pets to avoid interference during service.
- Notify Scoop Squadron of any potential hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, uneven terrain).
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
- Missed Service
- If access to the yard is restricted or service is missed due to customer action, no refund will be provided.
- Service Guarantee
- We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Subscription Plans
1. Twice a Week Service
- Frequency: Service provided two times per week.
- Monthly Fee: $180 per month + taxes.
2. Weekly Service
- Frequency: Service provided once per week.
- Monthly Fee: $100 per month + taxes.
3. Bi-Weekly Service
- Frequency: Service provided every other week.
- Monthly Fee: $75 per month + taxes.
4. Monthly Service
- Frequency: Service provided once per month.
- Monthly Fee: $56.25 per month + taxes.
5. 3x a Week Service
- Frequency: Service provided three times a week per month.
- Monthly Fee: $255+ per month + taxes.
Terms and Conditions
- Subscription Activation
- Subscriptions begin upon receipt of the first payment.
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Service Schedule
- Scoop Squadron will provide service on the agreed schedule as per the subscription plan.
- To optimize routes and ensure maximum efficiency, service times are scheduled by Scoop Squadron.
- Customers will receive a text notification 60 minutes prior to their scheduled service arrival.
- Payment and Renewal
- Monthly payments are auto-renewed unless canceled by the customer at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as specified on our website.
- Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Scoop Squadron via email, phone, online or via app.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure unrestricted access to the yard during scheduled service times.
- Secure pets to avoid interference during service.
- Notify Scoop Squadron of any potential hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, uneven terrain).
- Missed Service
- If access is restricted or service is missed due to customer action, the visit will be forfeited for that week with no refund.
- Service Guarantee
- We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service visit, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
- Plan Modifications
- Customers may upgrade or downgrade their plans by contacting us. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
- Price Adjustments
- Scoop Squadron reserves the right to adjust plan pricing. Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
- Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for providing services.
