Do you offer poop scooping cleanup services for the whole year?
- Yes, absolutely! Scoop Squadron LLC provides service all year-round. Especially in the winter, we are dedicated to showing up for you. Most pet waste that accumulates is still scoop-able in the snow.
Does Scoop Squadron pick up pet waste from our entire yard?
- Scoop Squadron LLC will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you walk or let out my dog/s for a potty break?
- No, we are sorry. Scoop Squadron LLC currently does not provide any dog walking, dog training or other dog services. We are simply a pet waste removal company only at the moment.
How do you dispose of the pet waste?
- Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the pet waste in fresh scented waste bags and dispose of it in each customer’s trash bin or set it neatly in it’s dedicated waste location.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
- The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Scoop Squadron LLC. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

Is Scoop Squadron licensed and insured?
- It is always a good idea to choose a dog waste removal company that is licensed and insured. This will protect you in the event of any accidents or injuries that may occur while the service is being performed. Yes, Scoop Squadron LLC is fully licensed and insured.
How much does it cost to hire professional cleanup services?
- As of right now, we price based on how frequently you want to be serviced and how many dogs you have. Service plans start as low as $56.25 per month. However, clients on average might look to spend anywhere from $95-$135. One time visits are $100
Do I have to sign a contract?
- No contracts are required to start service. Simply enter your zip code in one of our “Free Quote” fields and pick your service. You can start, pause and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or reaching out to us.

Can you clean the yard with my dog in it?
- Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I schedule a specific pick up day?
- Yes, but keep in mind we will need at least a 48hrs notice. While not everyday may be available in your area, we generally offer a few options to help best fit your schedule.
Do you provide time slots/ arrival windows for services?
- No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. However, we will send an On-The-Way message 60 minutes prior to arriving and a job completed message.
Do I need to be home while my yard is being cleaned?
- No! Scoop Squadron does not require you to be home for your poop scooping service. We simply ask that you allow easy access to your backyard.
How am I billed?
- Here at Scoop Squadron, we require you to have a card on file whether you are signing up for our subscription based services or if it’s just a one time thing.
When will I be billed?
- Subscription based services take payment every 1st of the month.
